Literature Lover –
A beautifully clean edition of Shakespeare’s classic tragedy. The dialog table format makes it easy to follow who’s speaking, and the Act/Scene structure is properly navigable on any ereader. The Prologue and Chorus are rendered as verse which is a nice touch. Excellent value at this price.
Teacher T. –
I’ve downloaded several free versions of Romeo and Juliet but this is by far the best formatted. The Dramatis Personae is complete and the stage directions are clearly distinguished from dialog. Perfect for classroom use. My only wish is for line numbers, but for $3.99 this is unbeatable.
Book Club Member –
My book club read this edition and everyone commented on how professional it looks. The foreword provides helpful context about Shakespeare’s sources and the play’s performance history. Clean formatting, proper table of contents, and it works perfectly on my Kobo.
